Description
Acton IV: fourth-gen Marshall room speaker
Marshall’s Acton IV active stereo unit pairs recognizable home-audio looks with a revised driver layout: one 4″ woofer on a 60W Class D amp and twin 0.75″ tweeters with waveguides, each driven by 25W Class D. Updated tweeters and waveguides widen dispersion; a reworked bass-reflex vent moves more air for tighter lows. Dynamic Loudness keeps perceived balance as volume changes.
Wired and wireless inputs
Stream over Bluetooth 5.3 with Auracast™, connect two phones or tablets at once via multipoint (about 10m range), and decode SBC, AAC, LDAC, and LC3. Line in through 3.5mm AUX or RCA—for example a turntable with the appropriate preamp. Auracast™ also links compatible speakers for synced multi-room playback.
Hands-on control
A brass-accent panel adjusts volume, bass, treble, and transport. Program the M-button for shortcuts. Fine-tune EQ and room response inside the Marshall app.
