Add NVMe and SATA M.2 drives through one desktop expansion card
The UGreen 70504 gives desktop builders two independent M.2 mount points on a single PCIe 3.0 x4 adapter—one lane for speedy NVMe storage and another for M.2 SATA SSDs when cabled correctly.
Two slots, two protocols
- M-Key NVMe on PCIe 3.0 x4 with up to 32Gbps theoretical throughput on compatible drives—handy for gaming, large transfers, and heavy workloads
- B-Key / B+M-Key M.2 SATA at up to 6Gbps; the card’s 7-pin SATA lead must plug into a motherboard SATA port for this slot to function

Slot and chassis options
Install into available PCIe x4, x8, or x16 slots; effective lane use follows the motherboard and slot pairing. Low-profile and full-height brackets are included for varied cases, including 2U enclosures. Standard NVMe drivers apply—no separate driver install for typical NVMe use.
Signal integrity and cooling
- Gold-plated PCIe contacts and quality capacitors for steady data paths
- Guards for overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuits, and EMI
- Open-frame layout lets air reach mounted SSDs during sustained I/O
Mount each drive in its matching socket, tighten the included fasteners, seat the card, and attach the SATA cable only when populating the SATA M.2 bay. A practical upgrade path for gaming rigs, workstations, office towers, and custom desktops that lack enough onboard M.2 headers.
Remember: NVMe traffic rides the PCIe slot; the SATA M.2 bay depends on the bundled SATA connection to the board.
