The Xiaomi Mesh System AC1200 spreads dual-band Wi-Fi across your home using multiple nodes that work as one network, with factory pairing to simplify first-time setup.
How the mesh behaves
- Pre-paired packs: Available in 2- or 3-unit versions; units ship paired from the factory. Choose any unit as the main router, complete configuration there, then power on the others to join automatically.
- One network name: Mesh technology uses a unified SSID; your phone roams to the fastest node as you move between rooms or floors.
- Topology recovery: If a node fails, the system can optimize routing automatically to help keep Wi-Fi stable.
Radio and wired ports
- Dual-band wireless: 2.4GHz and 5GHz with combined speeds up to 1200Mbps.
- 2.4GHz improves wall penetration and coverage; 5GHz adds bandwidth for faster links; band selection is automatic.
- Ethernet: Two auto-sensing Gigabit WAN/LAN ports for flexible wired connections.
Device load
Designed for busy households: supports connectivity for more than 120 devices, including streaming, online classes, gaming, and smart-home gear running at once.
