Two lenses, one mount
The C500 Dual houses a fixed wide view and a pan-tilt-zoom module so a single installation watches more of the room. Both channels use 4 MP sensors for 2560 × 1440 streams encoded in H.265 to save bandwidth and storage.

Wi‑Fi IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz plus Bluetooth 5.3 link the camera to phones running Android 8.0 or iOS 12.0 and newer. Clips can live on a microSD card from 16 GB up to 256 GB, in Xiaomi cloud, or on NAS shares.
