The UGREEN 15509 reader wraps M.2 NVMe SSDs in a travel-friendly shell aimed at quick swaps and high-throughput copies.
Throughput and host interfaces
- Works with USB 3.2 Gen2 hosts and honors UASP plus Trim
- Link rate up to 10 Gbps; stated read/write peaks around 999 MB/s and 1030 MB/s
- Also usable on USB 3.1 and USB 3.0 ports at reduced speed
Drive safety and thermal path
- RTL9210 controller includes short-circuit, over-current, and additional protection layers
- Outer silicone sleeve helps shield the assembly from knocks
- Aluminum exterior and a removable silicone thermal pad move heat away during heavy transfers
Install without tools
Driver-free plug-and-play on supported systems. A front push button releases the lid; a sliding bracket accepts the SSD, and an internal rubber screw adjusts to drive length for a snug hold.
