Vitals and body composition
Continuous metrics include heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, and sleep. From the wrist you can also read eight composition values: body fat, skeletal muscle, muscle, water %, bone mass, protein %, BMI, and basal metabolism. Do not use this function if you are pregnant or use implantable pacemakers, defibrillators, or similar medical apparatus.
Navigation and training intelligence
- Dual-band GPS with a circularly polarized antenna pulls from six satellite systems for strong accuracy near tall buildings or tree cover; import a route file in Zepp for turn-by-turn guidance on the wrist.
