Noise control and awareness
True Adaptive Noise Cancelling listens through four dedicated sensing microphones, recalibrating in real time to ambient noise while you switch modes from the JBL Headphones app. Smart Ambient keeps environmental audio audible when needed; Personal Sound Amplification in the app can raise nearby speech by roughly +15–20 dB with adjustable left/right balance.
Communication features
Four-microphone pickup and a crystal-call processing path improve voice clarity in wind or crowd noise, support your chosen voice assistant, and work with VoiceAware so you set how much of your own voice returns to the earcups. Smart Talk detects speech, pauses playback, and activates TalkThru for brief exchanges without hunting for a button.
