Pitaka KI1704OPM wraps the iPhone 17 Pro Max in aerospace-grade aramid fiber at roughly 0.99 mm thick and about 20 g, so protection stays close to bare-phone feel. PitaTap™ styling and the Over The Horizon weave complete the look.
Day-to-day shielding
Thin as it is, the case still buffers routine scratches, light bumps, and wear. Elevated edges around the camera module help the lens avoid flat surfaces; the fiber layup resists warping under pressure. Outer coating fights scuffs and color loss over time.
Weave, touch, and hold
Fusion Weaving in the Over The Horizon palette adds layered pattern and a tactile surface that improves grip while staying visually clean on a table or in hand.
MagSafe and access
Built-in Amber Magnet Film magnets snap to MagSafe chargers and magnetic add-ons; Qi-style wireless charging remains usable with the case installed. Openings align with physical buttons, speakers, and camera hardware.
