Stream and record from HDMI sources
The UGreen USB video capture device (25173) records and streams HDMI content in MJPEG, with capture modes that include 4K at 60 Hz, 2K at 144 Hz or 120 Hz, and 1080p at 240 Hz. For the lowest delay and best performance, connect the host via USB 3.0 Type-A or Type-C.
HDMI path
Accepts 4K at 60 Hz HDMI input and provides 4K at 60 Hz loop-out. Variable refresh rate (VRR) can reduce tearing and stutter; HDR support can enrich game and video colour.
Three 3.5 mm audio jacks
- Headphone or speaker output
- Microphone input for an active mic
- Line-in for a mixer—useful for live streaming, conferences, and gameplay capture
Enclosure and lighting
An aluminum shell with cooling vents improves heat dissipation for stable transmission. Seven selectable RGB lighting modes and effects are integrated into the design.

Compatible with Windows, Mac OS, Linux, iOS 17, and Android. Capture HDMI from consoles such as Switch and PS5 to an iPad, laptop, or PC. Works with OBS, XSplit, and Potplayer for live streaming and editing workflows.
