Description

One cable from DisplayPort sources to HDMI screens

3 m DisplayPort male to HDMI male lead, model 25491. The active design carries picture and sound from a DP host to an HDMI TV, monitor, projector, or VR headset without a separate dongle, driver package, or application install.

Picture modes and refresh

4K at 60 Hz ceiling; also 2K at 60 Hz and 1080p at 120 Hz.
HDR when both source and display support it for stronger contrast and colour.
DisplayPort 1.2 path rated up to 18 Gbps; up to 240 Hz in applicable timing modes.
Mirrored or extended desktop layouts; digital audio pass-through at 7.1, 5.1, or 2-channel uncompressed.

Eyefinity and direction

As an active DP-to-HDMI link, it aligns with AMD Eyefinity multi-display features, including Eyefinity SLS, allowing as many as six connected panels when your GPU, drivers, and monitors cooperate.

Traffic runs DisplayPort → HDMI only. It is not a reverse HDMI-source adapter and is unsuitable when the playback device is an HDMI-only source such as MacBook, PS5, Switch, or Xbox.

Hardware notes

Braided nylon sheath, aluminium alloy shell, thicker copper conductors, and a bundled Velcro strap for coil management. Suited to DP-capable notebooks (for example HP ProBook, EliteBook, ThinkPad), tower PCs, and AMD or NVIDIA graphics cards feeding HDMI displays.
