Two-screen HDMI behaviour
Send laptop output to a pair of displays via the dual HDMI outputs. Under macOS, Apple restricts dual external output to mirror mode only; that limit comes from the operating system, not the dock.
Power and networking
The PD port supports up to 100 W for keeping MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and other USB Type-C hosts charged while the dock stays in use. Wired gigabit access requires a router LAN port rated for 1 Gbps, CAT5e cabling, and an appropriate high-speed Ethernet driver to achieve full line rate.
Physical design and devices
An aluminum enclosure with heat-dissipation engineering helps maintain steady links during daily use. The unit is sized for bags and travel. No drivers are needed for plug-and-play use on MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, MacBook M1 and M2, iMac, iPad Pro, ASUS, Lenovo, Chromebook, Surface, Dell, HP, XPS, Steam Deck, Switch, and comparable Type-C hardware.
