Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L (model MAF01)
Mijia’s connected fryer uses 360° hot-air circulation for low-oil meals—crisp outside, tender inside—with a 3.5 L basket suited to roughly one to five people. Rated 1500 W at 220 V~ / 50 Hz; unit measures 335×282×304 mm (product weight 3.9 kg, gross 5.2 kg).
Temperature, time, and modes
Adjustable 40–200°C across dual motor speeds: roughly 40–80°C on low wind (e.g. yogurt ~40°C/8 h, dried fruit ~60°C/4 h, thaw ~45°C/10 min) and 80–200°C on high wind for air frying and baking (sample presets include mixed vegetables 160°C/15 min, egg tart 190°C/25 min, sweet potato 200°C/30 min, chicken wings 180°C/15 min, cake 160°C/30 min, bread 170°C/18 min). Timers run up to 24 hours for extended drying, jerky, or fermentation-style runs. Functions overlap with oven, microwave, dried-fruit, and yogurt-style tasks within those ranges.
Control, app, and voice

- Mijia app: 50+ smart recipes*, custom cooking modes, Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi pairing (enable both radios, set region to China in settings, search “Mi air frying pan”, follow in-app steps)

Basket, grill, and airflow
Included grill raises usable tiers inside the 3.5 L volume (examples: two-layer egg tarts, steaks, dried lemon slices, or chicken wings). Stripe air duct layout improves circulation; a safety net reduces contact with the top heating tube. Bottom oil filter shows collected fat after cooks.
Coating and footprint
Double-layer water-based non-stick coating with wear-resistant PTFE inside and out, strengthened adhesion layers, and an alloy base plate ease cleanup. Compact footprint stores easily; heat-dissipation detailing supports longer service life.
