The Xiaomi Sound Play packs an 18W racetrack-style full-range driver with internal and external passive radiators for fuller tone and stronger bass— suited to music, casual listening, and small gatherings. At roughly 415g, it includes a soft rubber strap for carry.
Wireless range and multi-speaker options
Bluetooth 6.0 links phones, tablets, and other compatible devices with up to 25 metres transmission under stated conditions. Pair two units via TWS for stereo, or use Auracast to sync audio and lighting across as many as 100 compatible speakers for larger setups.
Visual effects
A top 3D infinity-mirror light produces a tunnel-like look. The bottom ambient ring cycles ripple, beat, and constant lighting modes to match mood or rhythm.

The 2600mAh (3.7V lithium-ion) battery delivers about 14 hours playback in Xiaomi tests at 40% volume with lighting disabled; actual time depends on volume, lights, content, and connection. Recharge at 5V 2A.
Outdoor readiness and controls
IP68 water and dust resistance adds protection for everyday and outdoor use; Xiaomi notes it is not a professional underwater speaker, resistance may lessen with wear, and the unit must not be used or charged submerged. Physical buttons handle basics; a built-in microphone supports hands-free calling when linked to a phone.
