Nationwide Shipping: We deliver to customers in all cities and regions of Pakistan.

Delivery Time: Orders to major cities are typically delivered within 2–4 working days, while deliveries to other areas may take 3–7 working days.

Order Processing: All orders are processed during our regular business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers must record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This video is required for any claims related to damaged products, missing items, incorrect products, or items that are dead on arrival (DOA).

Special Orders: Advance or token payments made for special-order or customized products are non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the order.

Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that qualifies under our return policy, we will assist you with a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
